La Bouvier

Sunday, March 21, 2010 @ 3 PM!!!
Lighthouse Center for the Arts
Tequesta

opera

WHO?! is La Bouvier! Why, only the most admired, adored, and over-inflated operatic ego of all time! Her high notes will send shivers down your spine, her accent will give you goose bumps, and her fashion sense will leave you speechless!

This great diva is joined by none other than the humble pianist, Paige Turner. Enough said - back to Bouvier...find out why critics are raving:

"No other soprano alive today sounds quite like Gwendoline Josephine Bellevoix Bouvier. On that, the entire operatic community can agree!"
~ Sheba Hogg, Music Director
Powhite Opry Company

...mention string players - they are terrified, uh, honored to share the stage with La Bouvier. Join in the string-along - will Bouvier sing her opera arias with a Southern twang!?

Go on a hilarious and entertaining tour of opera with La Bouvier...

"A delightful introduction to the world of opera. Great voices,
great music - and great gales of laughter!"
~ Senior Associate Dean, FAU
